Start by physically visiting the refinery’s logistics company.

We can arrange your tank farm visit by requesting a meeting with the Tank Terminal Manager and help secure approval for this visit even before an ICPO is issued.

There are two types of logistics company arrangements:

​

• One logistics company allows a physical visit without an ICPO.

• Another requires the ICPO to be issued, and the refinery must confirm acceptance of the buyer’s chosen logistics company before allowing a visit to the seller’s tank farm.​

 

The purpose of the visit is to:

​

• Confirm the legitimacy of the seller’s logistics company

• And, by extension, verify that the refinery is real and reliable

 

To request a visit, the buyer must provide to the seller:

​

• CIS (Customer Information Sheet)

• Company profile or website

• Copy of passport
